Today's Practice and Saturday

Track Parents-

Reminder that today's practice is at the LHS track, 5-6 pm.

There will be no practice on Saturday due to the middle schoolers being at the Bement Invitational and conflicts with the Longmeadow Days 5K and the elementary school students taking part in the parade.

Also, the results from the Bloomfield meet are posted on the website. I neglected to mention the other 1600m runner from my prior email. Ellison Baldwin from Group 2 had a nice run, as did many others who competed. There are two versions of the results, one with just Longmeadow runners, the other with all athletes at the meet.
