April 23 Workout
Group 1: Jog ¼ mile for warm-up. Sprint 50m, 100m, 200m, 200m, 100m, 50m, rest in between each interval. 1 minute plank. 10 lunges each leg. 1/4 mile cool down. Stretch.
Group 2: Jog ¼ mile for warm-up. Sprint 50m, 100m, 200m, 400m, 200m, 100m, 50m, rest in between each interval. 1 minute plank. 10 lunges each leg. 1/4 mile cool down jog. Stretch.
Groups 3 & 4: Jog ½ mile for warm-up. Sprint 100m, 200m, 400m, 400m, 200m, 100m, rest in between each interval. 1 minute plank. 10 lunges each leg. 1/2 mile cool down jog. Stretch.
Groups 3 & 4 Distance Runners: Jog 1 mile for warm-up. Sprint 100m, 200m, 400m, 400m, 200m, 100m, rest in between each interval. 1 minute plank. 10 lunges each leg. One mile cool down jog. Stretch.
