Cross Country this week--3:45 practice

This is our last week of regular practice. We will be practicing at 3:45 at the Wolf Swamp fields Tuesday and Thursday. The earlier start time is due to the shortening days and daylight savings time. We will end at 4:45.

Sunday, November 11 is the USATF race in Nashua, NH. Refer to my prior email for specifics on how to sign up. This is the one race Cari and I cannot sign up your child for. If you are having trouble finding the email, you can always go to the website, longmeadowtrack.org and look under "Email announcements" where prior emails are kept. Deadline for age verification is November 6, deadline for registration is November 7.

Monday, November 12 is the MA Elementary Invitational in Lynn, MA.

Finally, yesterday at the Massachusetts Middle School State Meet, Lucas Doben, William Beagle, Ada Grant, Ellie Mara, and Abigail Parsons all turned in nice performances against strong competition and large fields. Lucas led the way for the boys in the 5th/6th grade boys race with 96th place out of 264 runners. Ada was 18th in her race.
