Middle School parents- First, the meet is at Suffield High School, not the middle school: 1060 Sheldon St, West Suffield, CT. Second, the order of events will be the same as the handout I gave to the kids in practice. I am attaching the handout for your convenience. We will be taking down the sign-up forms for Saturday's meet (all groups) and tomorrow's middle school meet at Suffield tonight at 8 pm so we can get to work preparing the multitude of heat sheets for the meet. Reminder that Saturday's meet at LHS will begin at 8:00 am sharp (just think of it like a road race) because we have to be off the track by 10:30. Track Parents- We’re excited to kick off our first meet of the season tomorrow, Saturday, at the Longmeadow High School track. Here is the order of events. We will begin the first event promptly at 9 am. Coaches and volunteers should arrive at 8:40 to be briefed on their assignments. BRING warm clothes--winter coats, hats, gloves.
