9/21: Cross country this week

XC Families-

We have a regular week of practice (Monday/Wednesdday) and our race on Saturday with Wilbraham at home. Results from yesterday's race are posted.

September 30 is our first away meet for middle schoolers at Amherst Middle School. We need parents to sign up through the link on the longmeadowtrack.org home page. We will have a bus that will pick up kids at Glenbrook and Williams at dismissal (2:50). When you sign up for the meet, you will indicate whether your child is taking the bus or not.
