Thursday Track Practice Moved and Last Call for Saturday Meet Sign-ups

Track Parents & Coaches-

1. Tomorrow. Because the boys high school team had their meet moved to Thursday, we are bumped from the track, and we will be practicing at the Wolf Swamp fields tomorrow at 5 pm. Keep in mind the bathrooms are closed because of the recent cold weather. Speaking of which, it will be cold and blustery tomorrow--dress accordingly. I am a big fan of a knit hat and gloves when running in cold weather.

2. Meet Sign-ups. DEADLINE is today at 5 pm. Go to the website, www.longmeadowtrack.org, type in your child's name and select their events. It takes 30 seconds. If you signed up two weeks ago or earlier (this is just a few people), please sign up again as there was a technical glitch and we lost some data.
